01How it works

One plan from invitation to the wedding day.

Three things happen in Wedvero, and they stay connected to each other.

Three steps, and the day starts taking shape.

  1. Wedding stationery laid out on a table

    Invite

A beautiful personal page with the schedule, maps, dress code and the reply form. Your guests open a link — nothing to install.

  2. A couple walking together outdoors

    Plan

Guests, tasks, budget, vendors, payments and seating stay connected, so one change does not mean five edits.

  3. A long dinner table set for a wedding reception

    Coordinate

Invite your planner, photographer, DJ or venue and show each person exactly what they need — and nothing else.

02Wedding website

The page your guests actually open.

This is a fictional wedding, shown on a phone because that is where almost every guest will read it.

The first thing your guests will see of your wedding.

  • One personal link per guest — no account, no app, no download.
  • Schedule, locations and dress code in one place, on one page.
  • Replies land in your plan instead of in a chat thread.
  • Change a detail once and every guest sees the new version.

Stop collecting answers from ten different chats.

One guest, one link, and every answer lands in the same plan. Step through it.

Six taps on a phone, and your dinner count is right.

04The plan underneath

Everything behind the celebration stays organised.

Six connected modules, not thirty disconnected features.

One change, and everything it touches moves with it.

05Permissions, not job titles

One wedding. The right view for everyone.

Everyone opens the same wedding and sees a different screen. You decide who sees what, and you can change it later.

The same day, told the way each person needs to hear it.

Couple

Full plan and decisions.

  • Today: what needs a decision this week
  • Guests, replies and plus-one requests
  • Budget, payments and vendor agreements
  • Seating, timeline and the wedding website

You own the wedding. Everyone else is a guest of your plan.

A DJ, host, florist, decorator, videographer or makeup artist can be invited the same way, each with access shaped to the work they do.

06For photographers, planners, hosts and venues

Already working with the couple? Join their plan for free.

You don't need a subscription to work inside a paid client wedding. Recommend Wedvero, use your 5% partner code, or buy access for the couple as part of your service.

What we do not promise

  • No commission, no lead marketplace, no ranked directory.
  • Recommending a couple gives you no access to their wedding.
  • Paying for a couple gives you no access either — they decide.

07Pricing

One payment. One wedding.

One payment, and the planning stops being a negotiation.

Wedvero Wedding Pass

€39one-time

For the first 100 paid weddings

Everything you need to plan your wedding and share it with the people helping you, in one place.

Start our wedding

A partner code from a photographer, planner or friend gives you a 5% discount at checkout, and earns them no commission.

What's included

  • One wedding, start to finish
  • Your wedding website
  • Guest invitations and replies
  • The planner (guests, tasks, budget, vendors, seating, timeline)
  • Planning together, as a couple
  • Professional collaborators you invite, at no cost to them
  • A venue view for your restaurant or location
  • Export and print for your lists and plans
  • 24 months of access from activation, up to 300 guests

After the access period ends, the wedding becomes read-only and export stays available.

€39 is the early-access price for the first 100 paid weddings; after those, the regular price is €59. A count, not a date. VAT included: €39 means €39 at checkout.

Who can pay

The couple

Most couples pay for their own Wedding Pass and start planning right away.

A relative or friend, as a gift

A parent or a close friend can cover the Wedding Pass as a wedding gift.

A photographer or planner

Some professionals include the Wedding Pass in their own package for a couple.

Whoever pays does not get access to the wedding. Access is only ever granted by the couple.

08Privacy

Your guest list is not a marketing asset.

No certifications to wave around yet. Here is what is actually true about how the product is built.

The people you invited are yours, not ours.

  • You control who sees what

Access is granted per person and per section, and it can be taken away. Profession does not equal permissions.

  • Guest replies are not public

A guest's reply is visible to you and to the collaborators you permitted. It never appears on a public page.

  • Professionals see permitted sections only

A photographer with timeline access cannot open your budget by guessing a link — the rule is enforced on the server.

  • You can export your data

Guest lists, tables and service plans export as clean documents you can print or hand to the venue.

  • Clear retention and deletion

Guest data is deleted 60 days after your access period ends, and within 14 days if you ask us sooner. The rules are written down, not implied.

  • Stored in Germany

The database, the servers and the files all sit in the EU. Your guest list is not copied to another continent to be processed.

  • No trackers on guest pages

Invitation and reply pages carry no marketing pixels and no session replay. Nothing about your guests is sold.

Wedvero does not claim an ISO or SOC 2 certification. When that changes, it will say so here with the certificate.

09From the founder

Daniel Orosz, the founder of Wedvero, holding his camera
Daniel OroszFounder of Wedvero · wedding photographerThe Netherlands

Ten years behind the camera. This is the tool I kept wishing the couple had.

I'm Daniel Orosz. I've photographed weddings for more than ten years, and I've spent more than sixteen in IT, keeping the systems small companies depend on running quietly every day. Wedvero is where those two lives meet.

A wedding is made by many people who never share one plan. The couple keep it in their heads and a spreadsheet, the planner has a document, the venue works from an email thread, and the photographer, the host and the florist each carry their own timings. From behind the lens I've watched the same day drift into three different versions by the afternoon. Nobody did anything wrong. They simply had nothing to look at together.

The idea grew out of the conversations that surround a wedding: with couples in the months before, and with planners, hosts, florists and venue teams on the day itself. Wedvero is the answer I kept wanting to give them: one wedding, kept in one place, with each person seeing the view that helps them do their part.

As for the organising: I'm a Virgo, and I've been playing with spreadsheets since I was five. I like things in order, and I like a wedding day that feels calm because somebody, quietly, put it in order first. I built Wedvero so that somebody no longer has to be the couple, at midnight, the week before.

10Questions

Straight answers before you pay.

What couples ask before committing — the price, the access, the guest data — answered in the same words we would use on the phone.

No small print you have to go looking for.

See what the Wedding Pass includes

Do our guests need an account?

No. A guest opens a personal invitation link, answers a short form, and can come back to the same link to change the answer. No download, no password, no app.

Can we use Wedvero without a wedding planner?

Yes, that is the normal case. The couple owns the plan; a planner is optional and can be invited later.

Can our photographer, planner or DJ get access?

Yes, you invite them with a role that shows only the parts they need (for example, timeline and locations for a photographer). You choose what each person sees, and you can remove access.

Can a professional or a relative pay for us?

Yes. A photographer, planner, relative or friend can buy the Wedding Pass for your wedding. Paying does not give them access to your data; access is a separate decision that you make.

Can guests change their reply?

Yes, until you close responses. Changes that affect someone else, such as a plus one, are shown to you as a request and take effect when you approve them.

Can we keep our wedding page private?

Yes. Each wedding page has a visibility setting; a private page is not indexed by search engines, and guest answers are never public.

What happens if our wedding date changes?

You change the date in one place and the website, invitations, schedule and tasks follow it. Guests see the updated page at the same link; you decide whether to notify them.

Can our venue use Wedvero without a subscription?

Yes. You publish a service plan version to the venue and they open it with a link. Venues pay nothing and see only the approved plan, not your budget or guest notes.

How long do we keep access?

24 months from the day you activate your wedding, for up to 300 guests. That covers the planning, the day itself and the months after it. When the period ends the wedding becomes read-only and you can still export everything.

Why is it €39 now, and what happens after?

€39 is the early-access price for the first 100 paid weddings. After those, the Wedding Pass costs €59. The boundary is a count, not a date, so it cannot be quietly extended — and €59 has never been charged, which is why you will not see it crossed out anywhere.

Which languages are available?

English, Dutch, Ukrainian and Russian — this site, the app, the wedding website and the invitation emails. Each wedding has one main language; every person chooses their own for the app.

Where is our data stored?

In Germany. The database, the application servers and the file storage are all in the EU, and guest data is not sold, shared or used to train anything.

Can we print guest and table lists?

Yes. Guest, table and service lists export as clean black-and-white documents for the venue and kitchen, with a version and a generation time on the page.

What happens to guest data after the wedding?

Guest answers belong to your wedding, not to a public profile. Export stays available the whole time. Sixty days after your access period ends the guest data is deleted, and we email you twice before that happens. Ask us to delete the wedding sooner and it is gone within fourteen days.
