These terms explain what you can expect from Wedvero and what Wedvero expects from you, whether you are a couple, a guest, or a professional collaborator. They are written in plain language on purpose — the legal detail behind them still needs a lawyer's review.
About these terms
This is a draft. It describes how Wedvero is designed to work and has not been reviewed by a lawyer: read it as a description of intent, not a final agreement.
These terms are an agreement between you and ZZP Daniel Orosz · OROS Agency, the operator of Wedvero, registered at Kievitstraat 25, Kerkrade, Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce number 98242482 (VAT NL005319090B91).
What Wedvero is
Wedvero gives a wedding one website for guests and one connected plan behind it: invitations, guest replies, the planner, budget and vendor coordination in one place. One wedding. The right view for everyone.
Wedvero is a planning tool. It is not a party to any agreement a couple makes with a venue, photographer or other supplier, and is not responsible for what those suppliers do or do not deliver.
Accounts
- One account per person. Do not share logins.
- Keep your account details accurate.
- Keep your credentials safe, and tell us if you think your account has been compromised.
- You are responsible for who you invite into a wedding you own or help run.
The Wedding Pass
The Wedding Pass is a one-time payment for one wedding. €39 is the early-access price for the first 100 paid weddings; after those the price is €59. It covers 24 months of access from activation and up to 300 guests.
It includes:
- The wedding website
- Invitations and reply collection
- The planner: schedule, tasks and budget
- Collaboration for the couple
- Access for invited professional collaborators
- A venue view of the published service plan
- Export and print
- A defined access period and guest limit, published in full before purchase
The Wedding Pass is not a subscription. It does not renew and is not billed again.
Who pays and who owns
Anyone can pay for a Wedding Pass: the couple, a relative, a friend, a professional. The couple who created the wedding owns it, regardless of who paid.
Paying for a Wedding Pass does not grant access to the wedding, and does not grant ownership of it. This applies equally to a gift purchase. Buying the Pass as a gift does not give the giver access to the couple's wedding data.
Referral codes
- A referral code gives the couple 5% off the Wedding Pass.
- The referrer receives €0. There is no commission.
- Codes do not stack; only one applies per purchase.
- A referral code grants no access to any wedding.
- Wedvero may deactivate a code that is misused.
Professional participation
Professionals (photographers, planners, venues and other suppliers) can join a paid wedding for free, but only when the couple invites them, and only within the permissions the couple grants.
There is no commission on bookings, no lead generation, no directory placement and no exclusivity arrangement. Joining a wedding on Wedvero does not create a business relationship between Wedvero and the professional beyond that participation.
Guests and content
The couple is responsible for the guest details they upload, and for having a legitimate reason to contact the people on their guest list.
Content added to a wedding must be lawful. Wedvero may remove content that is not.
Acceptable use
- No scraping the site or its data.
- No reselling access to a wedding.
- No attempting to reach another wedding's data.
- No misusing invitation links, for example by sharing them with people the couple did not intend to invite, or using them to probe the system.
Availability
We aim to keep Wedvero available and make a reasonable effort to do so, but during Early Access we do not guarantee a specific uptime. There will be maintenance windows.
Early access means the product is still being finished. Features can change, and some details in these terms, such as the refund window, will be filled in before general launch.
Refunds
Under EU consumer law, you normally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content like the Wedding Pass, that right can end earlier if you expressly agree to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the content has been delivered.

Liability
To the extent the law allows, Wedvero's liability is limited to the amount paid for the Wedding Pass.
Wedvero is not liable for a supplier's performance, such as a venue, photographer or any other vendor a couple works with, nor for a decision a couple makes using the tool.
Termination
Either side can end this agreement. You can stop using Wedvero at any time; we can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
If an account or wedding is closed, export your data first. After that, data is deleted according to the retention and deletion terms in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and governing law
We will announce material changes to these terms in advance rather than changing them silently.
These terms are governed by [Governing law]. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of [Competent court].
